Incident Report Enhancements

Added the ability for parents to review and sign Incident Reports from the Parent Kiosk during sign-in/sign-out.

• When signing their child in/out via the parent kiosk, "Incident" will be below the child's name.

• Once the incident is open, the following details will display. Parents can continue to sign the incident or continue with sign-in/out.

• Fixed an issue where the images attached to Incident Reports were not displaying in the in-app preview.
