New Features & Enhancements

ACH Refund Enhancements

The following enhancements have been made to ACH refunds:

• ACH transactions can now be refunded from a family ledger (Billing > Accounting > select a family).

• The 'Issue Refund' option will now be grayed out for payments that are not eligible for a refund and the reason will display.

• Once a refund has been initiated, the refund status will display as 'In Process'. This allows parents and the center to see that the refund has been initiated.

• Minor updates to the 'Issue Refund' modal.
