Tuition Express Website Changes
Families: Tuition payments will no longer be accepted on this website effective July 1st, 2024. Families should contact your center directly for additional details and other payment options.
Administrators: Refund capabilities will no longer be available on this website effective July 1st, 2024. Please contact your Account Manager for additional details.
Rest assured, our integrated payment processing platform, Tuition Express, will not be going away. Payments continue to be available through your Procare software. This website will continue to be used for reports and to access merchant statements after July 1, 2024.
Procare offers many payment options for centers to collect ACH and debit/credit card payments. Click the Center Payments Guide link to find additional details on payment options for families and resources to help you get started.
TuitionExpress.com is the most convenient way for child care centers to view account information and reports. These services are offered free to centers that use Tuition Express.
Registration & Log In for Child Care Centers
You must register (once) to establish a user name and password you’ll use each time you log in to TuitionExpress.com.
- Go to TuitionExpress.com.
- If you have previously registered enter your User Name and Password then click Secure Login.
- If you have not yet registered click New User (left side) to set up your account:
a. Then enter your Tuition Express ID number.
Hint: The ID number for your center is the same as your Tuition Express Account Number. See: First Time Set Up.
b. Enter your Registration Code. This is the last 4 digits of your bank account number (the account you’re using for Tuition Express deposits).
c. Select a Username and Password. Then Confirm the Password and click Register.
Hint: Forgot your username or password? Just re-register.
d. Follow the on screen instructions to complete the process.
