NEW FEATURES & ENHANCEMENTS

New! – 2-Step Verification

With increasing concerns over security online, Multi-Factor Authentication or 2-Step Verification is becoming a new standard. To help keep your account secure, Procare has added a 2-Step verification process which involves securing your account with more than just a password. Follow the links below to learn more.

• Set up 2-Step Verification.
• System supervisors: require 2-Step Verification for specific User Groups.
• Enable 2-Step Verification for MyProcare users.

MINOR CHANGES, FIXES & RESOLVED ISSUES

• Updated various Procare logos and Tucker images throughout the system. [PCS-4074, PCS-4075, PCS-4079, PCS-4080, PCS-4159, PCS-4160, PCS-4161]
• Updated the Predictive Enrollment report with schedule including teacher counts on the Summary page. [PCS-3940]
• Fixed the Merge Letters process to allow documents to be filtered by Children or Accounts. [PCS-4126]
• Fixed an issue where bank account numbers in the Payroll Direct Deposit NACHA File for the Direct Deposit Extra were masked if Offset Account was selected. [PCS-3877]
