NEW FEATURES & ENHANCEMENTS

New! – Release Notes Announcement

Added a new popup upon logging in to Procare Desktop to communicate new or updated features and bug fixes. After each release, this new popup will direct users to the Release Notes page so they are aware of what items have been released. Users can also quickly access the Release Notes page at any time by clicking Help > Release Notes.

New! – Identifier to Indicate MyProcare Payments

A new identifier has been added in the transaction comment field to indicate when a payment is made via MyProcare.

MINOR CHANGES, FIXES & RESOLVED ISSUES

• Two new items were added to “Users Groups & Limits” to allow administrators the ability to control access to the Manage Email Addresses and Manage Texting Addresses utilities.[PCS-3806]

• Minor updates have been made to the look and feel of Merge Letters, but all functionality remains the same. [PCS-3939]

Resolved the following issues:

• When a parent made payment, the ledger was displaying a card processing fee of $0.00 when surcharging was disabled. [PCS-3893]
• When a parent was adding a new card for payment, if the card was declined, the attempted amount was displaying $0.00 instead of the actual payment amount attempted. [PCS-3680]
• MyProcare registration fees were being charged once per family, but was posting on the ledger as being paid per child. [PCS-3839]
• MyProcare payments were not posting to the parent ledgers and users were having to manually enter the payment details. [PCS-3954]
• Check-in times were automatically being modified to 2 AM when checked-out by the WebApp. [PCS-3690]
