NEW FEATURES & ENHANCEMENTS

Enhanced! - Leads Management

Enhancements will allow for “after the fact management” of an account and the associated persons (payers, children, relations) in Procare Desktop. After a family has been successfully converted from a Lead to an Enrolled family in Procare Desktop, this will enable our third-party lead management application integration partners to provide systematic updates to these objects in Procare Desktop. For example, a child is moving up a classroom or the child’s address has changed, add an additional relation to the child or the address/phone number of that relation has been updated, or they want to change the primary payer on the account. These changes will allow our integration partners to systematically feed those updates to Procare Desktop via our leads import broker API.

These enhancements also streamline the potential duplicate account and potential duplicate persons workflow when importing these existing account updates. We’ve also added an account log entry so once you’ve successfully imported the account into Procare Desktop, you can quickly review what information was updated for the account and associated persons. Enhanced! – Child Roster Report

Updated the Child Roster Report to include the parent/guardian contact information, as well as doctor name and phone number to ensure the report meets licensing requirements. The Parent/Guardian phone number column will now display the phone number listed at the top of the Person Information screen instead of defaulting to the Home phone number. [PCS-3669]

Enhanced! – Desktop Extra Icons

Updated the Desktop Extra icons to be consistent with the updated branding for the Desktop application. [PCS-3167]

MINOR CHANGES, FIXES & RESOLVED ISSUES

  • Fixed an issue with the Action Required: Data Hosting Contacts popup screen in Procare Desktop. Customers will no longer see this screen upon login. [PCS-3364]
  • Fixed an issue where payments from the mobile app were being posted multiple time to account ledgers in Procare Desktop. [PCS-3333]
