NEW FEATURES & ENHANCEMENTS

New! – Monthly Roll Call w/ Schedule and Teachers Report
Created a new version of the ‘Monthly Roll Call w/ Schedule’ report to include teachers scheduled in the classroom. This new report will help centers predict capacity and anticipate scheduling issues for staff. [PCS-4689]

Enhanced! – Batch Recurring Payment Requests

Added the option to send Recurring Payment Request links to multiple payers simultaneously via text message and email. Administrators can monitor the status of form submissions and receive instant email notifications when a payer submits their payment authorization form via a link, offering real-time status updates.

Enhanced! – 2-Step Verification for MyProcare

For MyProcare users, the email used to log in will always be available as a Verified Method. This will prevent users who have lost access to all other verified methods from being locked out of their accounts.

MINOR CHANGES, FIXES & RESOLVED ISSUES

• Fixed an issue where the Pay Now button was not working correctly in MyProcare. [PCS-4546]
• Minor updates made to the ‘Success’ message when adding a Verified Method in MyProcare. [PCS-4677]
• Fixed an issue where the Card Processing Fee displayed the incorrect amount after a successful MyProcare payment. [PCS-4686]
• Resolved an issue where the Card Processing Fee was displayed as three digits after the decimal instead of two digits. [PCS-4538]
• Fixed an error message that would display when attempting to import a payment record for an account deleted/merged after the Recurring Payment Form was sent. [PCS-4541]
• Fixed an issue where multiple pending Recurring Payment Forms were imported out of order. [PCS-4646]
• Resolved an issue where Agency Payments can post a payment amount larger than the Account Ledger can display. [PCS-2168]
• Fixed an issue where Payroll withholdings can be deleted from the Configuration screen while still in use on Employee records. [PCS-2630]
