New Features & Enhancements

Morning Drop-Off Notes

Parents can now add optional Morning Drop-Off Notes prior to signing their children in via the Procare child care mobile app. Drop-off notes allow parents to provide important information to teachers regarding their child's day. The following questions are displayed in drop-off notes:

• When did your child wake up?
• When was your child's last meal?
• When was your child's last diaper/potty?
• Additional Notes

Drop-off notes are not required to sign children in, and all fields are optional. Once a child is signed in, drop-off notes cannot be added. Learn more

Staff can easily view Morning Drop-Off notes via the Procare Child Care Mobile app by navigating to the Messages screen and clicking Drop-Off Notes.

Immunization Enhancement

To make it easier for you to keep track of immunization records and schedules, we have made enhancements to the immunization scheduler to automatically update future due dates once the previous due date has been updated to Scheduled or Completed.Learn more

Account Creation Updates

To simplify and promote best practices, we have improved the process to set up new family, guardian and staff mobile accounts. All new accounts must be created through the Procare web portal before using the Procare child care mobile app.

Once new accounts are created through the Procare web portal, staff and families will download the Procare child care mobile app and log in using the same credentials as their web portal. This change will not affect existing mobile app users or anyone with an existing login.

Minor Enhancements and Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue regarding duplicate student sign-ins.
• Resolved an issue where autopay ran twice for some parents.
• Fixed an issue where the surcharge fee was being deducted from the total ledger balance.
• Fixed an issue where the Pay Now button was missing from the parent side of the Procare Child Care Mobile App.
• Resolved an issue where some centers had to manually sync to see students in Engagement functionality.
• Minor updates were made to the text invite when inviting parents and staff to create a Procare account.
• Miscellaneous display updates were made to the following:
  • Verbiage updated on the Delete Progress confirmation modal.
  • The Meal Tracking report name has been updated to match selected filters.
  • Updated the format of the Select Newsletter Template modal and the Add Lesson modal.
  • Corrected the Attendance Per Student report title.
• When a staff member would click on a sign-in/out notification from the mobile app, previously they were directed to the room selected on the
