NEW FEATURES & ENHANCEMENTS

New! – Average Length of Stay Report

The new “Average Length of Stay” report has been created to show how long withdrawn children were enrolled at a center and provide a summary from the school level to the corporate level to make it easier to identify enrollment trends. This report can be found by navigating to Corporate Reports > Family Data > Child Enrollment.

MINOR CHANGES, FIXES & RESOLVED ISSUES

• Added a Corporate version of the “Student Enrollment Analysis” report. [PCS-4351]
• Updated the Employee Time Card Variance report to correctly track tardies. [PCS-3799]
• Fixed an issue where the Tax Deposit Information report and the Form 941 Information report displayed different values for the FICA taxes. [PCS-2297]
• Fixed an issue where parents could schedule children on School Closed Dates in MyProcare. [PCS-3801]
• Resolved an issue where parents saw an error page when attempting to submit MyProcare re-registrations. [PCS-4442]
• Updated the MyProcare payment flow to resolve an issue when parents pay less than the total amount due. [PCS-4456]
• Updated button images in the MyProcare Setup Wizard. [PCS-4457]
• Resolved an issue with MyProcare posting incorrect payment amounts. [PCS-4475]
