2023.3.1 – April 2023 Desktop Release

Attention Cloud customers: Procare Cloud and MyProcare will be unavailable Wed., April 26 from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM Mountain Time while the system is updated.

NEW FEATURES & ENHANCEMENTS

New! – Child: Pickup/Del – Weekly M-F w/ Sched (Safety Checks) v2 Report

Added a new Standard Report based on the existing Child: Pickup/Deliver – Weekly M-F w/ Schedule (safety Checks) report that has updated descriptions of the signatures on the report to meeting schools’ licensing requirements. [PCS-3766]

Enhanced! – Recurring Payments Digital Form

Once schools send out (via email or text message) the Recurring Payments Digital form link to their families to enter their payment information for recurring payments, families will now have 4 days to complete the digital form and submit their payment information (instead of the one day expiration). MINOR CHANGES, FIXES & RESOLVED ISSUES

• Fixed an issue so users can now run reports against all relevant log sheet types. [PCS-3081]
• Fixed an issue where inactive log sheets types were appearing as options when emailing families. [PCS-3748]
• Added the school’s logo to the top of the Agency Ledger Report. [PCS-3332]
• Fixed an issue with automated billing procedures so that the ledger lock date is correctly enforced. [PCS-3400]
• Fixed an issue where the Data Viewer was displaying incorrect totals when an advance was paid out and then paid back [PCS-3462]
• Fixed an issue where the Procare web app Emergency Reports were not generating. [PCS-3499]
• Updated a spelling error in the TM01 text messaging utility modal. [PCS-3500]
• TE declines will post to account ledgers in Desktop, regardless of the limit ledger posting date. [PCS-3759]
• Fixed an issue so that POS transactions are dated on the ledger as of the transaction date. [PCS-3840]
• Fixed an issue so that the existing account icon on the MyProcare > Review & Import screen is displaying correctly on all themes. [PCS-3819]
• Added a process when sending center emails for re-registration so that schools do not run into the 50 max email limitation. [PCS-3449]
