NEW FEATURES & ENHANCEMENTS

New! – Classroom Availability Tracker Report

Created a new standard report for tracking classroom and department level availability based on child schedules. This gives centers a quick weekly view of how many children are scheduled in each classroom and how many spots are available. This will help centers track how each classroom is doing, whether or not extra staff is needed, and will provide a quick snapshot for whether or not there is space in a classroom if a parent calls in to check. This weekly report also includes full time equivalency (FTE) for the week and a calculation for % FTE of maximum capacity.

Enhanced! – Desktop – Engagement Sync Enhancements

It is now easier to recognize when your Procare Desktop is set up to sync with the web-based family engagement and classroom management functions. If you are set up to sync to Engagement, you will now see a “Connected with Engagement” menu item in Procare Desktop, which indicates the school is set up to sync with Engagement. When clicking “Connected with Engagement”, there are two options: “Launch Engagement”, which will launch the engagement website and “Sync Help”, which will launch the Procare Support website with articles specific to sync information.
